Using social media for many hours a day, i have experienced and learnt the trends, to the point that i have even made my own humorous memes of my friends.
I followed "Student Feed" on Facebook and noticed they enjoying sharing this style meme. So with the help from my friends (the ones in the picture) we came up with a tagline, i created the picture and sent it to them, before we knew it - the meme was everywhere on social media.
To begin with, Student Feed shared it because of my message - which has now received over 16,000 likes & 21,000 comments, then various meme accounts such as 'Pubity' shared it on Instagram - which received over 500,000 likes & 4,000 comments.
The most impressive account which shared the meme was Boohoo.com (a popular clothing company) on their Facebook - this recieved over 2,100 likes and 3,500 comments.
